Implementing CSR

We strive to demonstrate the four core values of ICAN: "Integrity", "Caring", "Ambition", and "Novelty", embracing these values throughout daily operations and management.

We also adhere to ICAN through our corporate culture and CSR, wielding the power of a single enterprise towards the pillars of ESG - Environmental, Social, and Governance.

With each year's Corporate Social Responsibility report, we transparently communicate non-financial information omitted from the annual financial report to shareholders and domestic and overseas stakeholders. We hope that through joint efforts with all stakeholders, we can achieve a better future, and that together we can uphold the responsibilities of both "corporate sustainability" and "planet sustainability".

"Reminiscing on the early days, the former founder relied on good reputation and work ethic to become a trusted partner of Chunghwa Telecom; the company grew from single-digit to hundreds of employees over the years, assisting customers with mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise in a time of fierce global competition.

Nowadays, we remain committed to industry cultivation, aiming for high operational performance without forgetting the concept of "corporate social responsibility". Over the years, through institutionalizing "CSR Management Committee" and "CSR Team", we have continued to seek improvements in four areas: "corporate governance, "corporate commitment", "social participation", and "environmental protection". In addition to our ongoing processes, we actively cooperate with stakeholders in the public sector, social welfare groups, suppliers, employee families and other companies, sharing our CSR implementation  with all walks of life. We hope that our experiences and achievements can be used towards even greater cross-collaboration."

CSR Integration Operation

We are aware that only through good organizational design and integrated operations can we effectively implement CSR, with the need to integrate responsibility into our culture and the daily work of our colleagues. In 2018, the board of directors adopted internal regulations related to corporate social responsibility, establishing a clear system to implement CSR into all aspects of the company.
